Two new pocket-size Camcorders should make any amateur videographer—and those who want to be one—a capable shooter ready to share memories with friends or upload to YouTube.

The latest Flip Mino HD camcorder from Pure Digital Technologies.like the Mino, just as I’ve liked every incarnation of this famliy product line. And because it’s 40 percent smaller than its predecessor, the flip Mino truly fits into a pocket.

The Kodak Zi6, which can be ordered at Kodak.com , is the imaging company’s entry into this category. It offers key differences over the  Flip Mino, including a expanded viewing screen and the ability to shoot in HD . But it is fatter, taller and wider than the Mino, perhaps making it purse friendly .

Both devices But then the Zi6 provides a viewing screen twice as big. Many users will appreciate this, as they do with digital cameras, when reviewing a video.

But using the Zi6 is a bit more complex .

I don’t think so, the smallest so far are the panasonic GS series. I have owned the GS-150 once, and it fitted my palm very nicely, though it was not pocket size, it was very light and easy to carry.
